May 3, Saturday Mother’s Day Plant and Gift Sale, Main Street, West Marshall PTO, Remarkable Rose Floral & Gifts and State Center United Methodist Church. May 9, Friday Opening of Main Street Farmer’s Market, 100 Block of West Main Street.  May,9, through August 31. Food vendor to be scheduled each Friday night. June 19-22, Thursday  Rose Festival Weekend.  50th Anniversary.  Downtown through Sunday State Center.  Farmer’s Market will be moved to 200 Block of East Main Street. August 9, Saturday Lincoln Highway River to River Auto Tour.  Lunch Stop for the tour will be in State Center. Lunch to be served by the State Center Fire Lites on the 100 block of West Main Street.  Self guided tour of restored buildings on State Center’s Lincoln Highway Main Street.
